ICC t20 World Cup 2022: Tickets for India vs Pakistan encounter at the MCG sold out within moments
Just like before, tickets for the much anticipated India vs Pakistan group contest to be played at the MCG have been sold within moments.
Arguably, the cricketing world’s biggest match will be played at the MCG on 23rd October 2022. The iconic MCG(Melbourne Cricket Ground) has a seating capacity of 100,000. The venue was the largest in the world before the construction of India’s Narendra Modi cricket stadium in Ahmedabad having the capacity to host 130,000 spectators.

With tickets now on sale, the stage is for the ICC T20 World Cup 2022 to be held in Australia. The ICC T20 World Cup event for 2022 will be held between October 18 and November 13.

7 venue locations across Australia will host the Forty-five matches-mega event sponsored by the ICC(International Cricket Council). The venues include Adelaide, Brisbane, Geelong, Hobart, Melbourne, Perth, and Sydney. 16 cricketing nations will compete in the 2022 T20 Cricket World Cup.
Twelve of the sixteen nations have already been confirmed, with the remaining four participants having to go through the Global Qualifying round to guarantee their position. The teams with confirmed participation include Afghanistan, Bangladesh, England, India, Namibia, New Zealand, Pakistan, Scotland, South Africa, Sri Lanka, and the mighty West Indies.
