“Where are prison vans?” Asks social media users as PMLN goes into hiding

Pakistan’s second biggest political party PMLN goes into hiding as the PDM-handled Deputy Speaker of the Punjab Assembly refuses to start the voting process for the election of the CM(Chief Minister).
Referring to the night of April 9 when prison vans moved around the Prime Minister’s House after voting was delayed, Social media users have started asking where are the prison vans after a repeat of the voting session delay by the PMLN.
Some users also questioned the Supreme Court which opened at 12:00 AM about the perceived violation of its order but is silent on the blatant breach of its ruling by the PMLN.
Earlier, the court declared the election of Hamza Shehbaz as CM of Punjab null and void. The Supreme Court gave 22 July with the voting process at 4:00 PM PSt as the time.
So far, hours have passed but the PMLN MPAs, as well as the PDM MPAs, have not entered the Punjab Assembly. Deputy Speaker is in his chamber.

The 186 MPAs of the PTI & PML-Q coalition are present in the Assembly.
PTI has decided to file a contempt of court appeal in the Supreme Court.
In a statement, Fawad Chaudhry stated that the unwarranted delay in the Punjab Assembly session for the CM election was done in disregard of court orders.
“The session of the Punjab Assembly should have begun with the deputy speaker. The PML-N [the ruling Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz] promised yesterday that voting for the CM Punjab will take place today. We are in communication with the PML-N and are asking the ruling political party to follow Supreme Court (SC) orders.”
